We are reopen now!! Due to the changes made to help fight the COVID-19 spread we are very limited on our time. We have changed our No Show policy, if you do not call or do not show up for an appointment you will be charged $50 for Haircut No Show or $100 for Chemical Service No Show.

Etiquette & Policies
Our goal is to provide the best possible services. It is our pleasure to help people feel and look their best. In order to provide the finest possible service, it is important we maintain some general policies. 

Once in a while a change in style or stylist can be very refreshing. Do not assume you are hurting your stylists feelings. We are, believe in, and work as a TEAM!

Day-Before-Reminders: 2013 brought a new computer system into our salon that allows us to send reminder text messages and emails. We still also do phone call reminders for those clients who prefer to get a phone call, in addition to, or instead of a text or email reminder. 

Text: For your convenience, we offer text message reminders and confirmations. We do not receive text responses in return other than your confirmation; if you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 907-452-6841  48 hours prior to appointment to avoid late cancellation fees. 
 
Emails: We can also send a reminder to your email address. We do not receive email responses from email reminders. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 907-452-6841 48 hours prior to appointment to avoid late cancellation fees

As always, reminders are a courtesy. We will make every effort to remind you of your scheduled appointment, occasionally circumstances will arise which prevent us from doing so. You are responsible for making your scheduled appointment.


Cancellations: We require 48 hour notice for cancellations. Your time is valuable and to insure we can adequately provide great service to all our clients we appreciate your cooperation. We understand that there are emergencies and circumstances that arise where late cancellations are unavoidable. If you have 3 no shows or consecutive late cancellations we will require a pre-pay appointment policy. The fee for missed or last minute cancellation varies per cost of service(s) missed. We have a waiting list, your timely cancellation will allow vacant appointment times to be filled. 
 
Pre-paid appointment policy: 3 no show appointments or 3 consecutive late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will require you to pre pay the base cost of your service.
 
Children: We love children and are happy to welcome them into our salon. In order to provide the best care, and most relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you arrange for child care during your appointment.

Appointments: We recommend booking appointments 2-4 weeks in advance if you need a certain day or time of the week. Please be aware that our schedules do get very full in certain times of the year (holidays, back to school, graduations, etc.). We also have a waiting list you can be added to.
