Our goal is to provide the best possible services. It is our pleasure to help people feel their best. In order to provide the best possible service it is important we maintain some general policies.
Day-Before-Reminders: 2013 brought a new computer system into our salon that allows us to send reminder text messages and e-mails. We still also do phone call reminders for those clients who prefer to get a phone call, in addition to, or instead of a text/email. Text: Our text messages are sent though our email address, as a normal text message, to your phone. In order to send the text message we need to know who your cell phone provider is (ACS, GCI, AT&T, etc...). If your cell phone provider changes it is your responsibility to let us know that you switched carriers. We do not receive text responses. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 452-6841 at your earliest convenience. Emails: We can also send a reminder to your email address. Recommended only for those who check their email everyday. We do not receive the email responses at the front desk. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 452-6841 at your earliest convenience.
As always, reminders are a courtesy. We will make every effort to remind you of your scheduled appointment, however, occasionally circumstances will arise which prevent us from doing so. You are responsible for making your scheduled appointment, reminder call or not.
Cancellations:Our stylists do work on commission only; we ask that you give 24-48 hours notice of cancellation, minimum, so that we are able to book another appointment for your stylist. No show appointments are recorded in our system, after 4 no shows we will ask that you pre-pay for your appointments. We do understand that last minute scheduling conflicts can make it impossible to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask for your communication and respect in these instances.
Children:We love children and are happy to welcome them into our salon. In order to provide the best care, and most relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you arrange for child care during your appointment.

Appointments:We recommend booking appointments 2-4 weeks in advance if you need a certain day or time of the week. Please be aware that our schedules do get very full in certain times of the year (holidays, back to school, graduations, etc.). We also have a cancellation list you may be added to.
